I applied online on a Tuesday afternoon, got a call to set-up an appointment for the next day. The technician called the next day to come earlier for the installation. In 3 hrs, they were done & I was connected. Thank you!!

I have had my connection with them for a while now. Was informed that it is not the best network to do gaming on or VoIP as it is wireless. I am able to use it for all needs (Streaming, downloading and work) and also not having a bad experience when gaming on the connection.
