Does my data roll-over?
Unused monthly data will roll over for 1 calendar month. Data purchased via top-ups will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase i.e. should you purchase the top-up on the 25th of July 2018 the data will expire on the 24th of August 2018 at 23:59.
Will my LTE service be subject to data management policies or rules?
To ensure the most consistent and best experience possible for its LTE-A users, rain has implemented traffic management rules that prioritise real-time traffic e.g. video streaming or browsing over non-real time traffic like torrents or large file downloads during busy periods.
The prioritisation rules, known as ‘throttling’ or ‘shaping’, are effective between the hours 18:00 and 23:00 daily
